WWE NXT Demo For 8/13 Episode Higher Than Initially Reported

The WWE NXT demo rating for the August 13 episode was higher than initially reported.

According to Wrestlenomics, Tuesday’s WWE NXT episode actually achieved a 0.17 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, up from the initially reported 0.14. The viewership figure of 617,000 viewers remains unchanged.

Wrestlenomics tweeted: “WWE NXT, Aug 13 on USA Network: 617,000 viewers; 0.17 P18-49 rating | TV ratings analysis.”

In this week’s episode of WWE NXT, the show began with NXT Champion Ethan Page delivering a promo. He was interrupted by TNA Wrestling’s Joe Hendry, who was then attacked by Wes Lee, allowing Page to escape.

Charlie Dempsey defeated Tony D’Angelo to reclaim the NXT Heritage Cup.

Lola Vice also competed, winning against Tatum Paxley. Wendy Choo attacked NXT Women’s North American Champion Kelani Jordan, who was present at ringside.

The main event saw Andre Chase and Ridge Holland defeat Axiom and Nathan Frazer to become the new NXT Tag Team Champions. Chase U celebrated to conclude the show.
